Twilight Tranquility

Treat yourself to an evening of ease, with this nourishing yin and nidra event. 

Meeting at twilight, we will release the energies of the summer months to make way for a change of pace as the nights draw longer, with some gentle movement; a sloooow flow, moving into into some restorative yin positions, before moving into stillness in our final resting pose where we will remain for a tranquil yoga nidra practice (guided relaxation or 'yogic sleep', to expereince the benefits of conscious deep rest)

Come and get cosy; bring pillows, blankets, fluffy socks and your favourite hoodie - anything you need to feel warm and completely relaxed.
