About the event
After selling out our workshop in May, calisthenics coach Emma and resident yoga teacher Rosie are combining forces once again to show you the foundations of bodyweight training and yoga, with a focus on female anatomy & physiology.

WHAT'S IN THE WORKSHOP?
This workshop will cover bodyweight fundamentals and strength building, helping us to better understand our bodies, including:
- Theory of Women's health: understanding the effects of female body composition, menstrual cycles, and the menopause on your training, and how to use these to your advantage when exercising.
- Yoga for Women: coaching female specific Yoga training principles that will enhance your practice.
- Bodyweight strength circuit: a full body workout hitting all the major muscle groups (adaptable depending on your individual fitness levels and needs) and coached by Emma.
- Calisthenics skills: have a play on the gymnastic rings, try a few Cali basics, and learn some functional movements to keep your body moving optimally, and help to reduce the likelihood of injury.
