Service Description

This playful, yoga-inspired body conditioning class will help you to build strength within your mobility to keep your body healthy and functional, and improve alignment and technique in your yoga practice. An energising way to start your weekend! The Yoga Sculpt workout combines yoga postures with high repetition training, and the option to add light weights or resistance bands. Split into three sections, we will focus on strength and stability in the core, legs and upper body. I developed this class as it's so important to find strength within our range of movement - healthy muscles are long and strong!! Improving our strength through yoga-inspired movement will not only improve your yoga practice, but also keep your body moving optimally and pain-free. All exercises are adaptable to all levels; if you are brand new to any form of strength training this class is a perfect introduction. If you already strength train, you will find huge benefit in developing strength in a deeper range of movement. Whilst more of a 'workout' than a traditional yoga class, I still encourage mindful movement and breath awareness - this is NOT a boot camp! Held at my beautiful converted barn yoga studio in Hassocks, we are surrounded by nature with views of Wolstonbury Hill. We are conveniently located off the A23 between Brighton and Burgess Hill with ample free parking on-site.
